Compliance of Allied Acts

With introduction of SWP by Indian customs, compliance of Allied Acts has become very stringent and any noncompliance will leave digital foot print in EDI system which will be subject to Post Audit Query.

Clearance of import consignment through Custom attract compliance of various Allied Acts enumerated below.

Any non-compliance of these Acts is offence under Section - 111 of Customs Act ’62.
